Right in our backyard there are hundreds of kids who are living below the poverty line.  One of the struggles they face every year is coming up with money to purchase the mandatory supplies they need to participate in school.  Wouldn’t it be awesome to bless one of these families by taking care of that burden for them this year?  We are stepping out to do that as a church.  We are partnering with Smith Elementary school this year and they have identified about 350 kids (pre-k – 5th grade) who are in need of help with school supplies.  For $35 you can bless a child with school supplies for the year!

  For the last several years we have partnered with Mission Greenspoint in their Baby Bottle Blessings fund raiser.  All you have to do is grab an empty baby bottle from the table and fill it with loose change and bring it back to the table on August 8th.  The money raised by this fundraiser goes towards the Mission Greenspoint Pregnancy Assistance Center where they help new moms with formula, diapers, blankets, and other supplies they could never afford on their own.   Please return your bottle by August 8th.
